Supporting the employees in their bad phase of life is the best way to drive loyalty and boost their morale. Let me elaborate on the factors why I call Kaizen AMS my home.Ĭompassion is the greatest reward an employer can give to the employees which will make them feel the company is their home. I am responsible for ensuring that residents at Kaizen-managed communities are happy with the services and their queries & concerns get resolved within the lead time.
